An in tolerance truck scale can have up to 180lbs of error with a loaded semi. Depending on how many trucks per day and the price of what your weighing, even small errors can add up fast. We adjust as close to zero error as possible. With a certified 4000lb weight cart we load to 24,000lbs we can isolate the weight over each section of the scale for accurate adjustments, and calibration.
